When Lee Addison Lesley and Katherine Weeks Mulford first started designing jewelry together, they were captivated by the natural beauty of gemstones. Each gemstone has its own unique cut and quality, making it as unique as a painting. Lee and Kat realized that in jewelry, each gemstone can be as unique as the person who wears it. Art has always been the language of Lee and Kat, two Southern designers who have known each other for 20 years. Inspired by her travels, Lee was drawn to Florentine art. Kat leans towards more contemporary styles - pop art and vintage. After ten years at Turq Jewelry, the duo saw a need for versatile, high-quality jewelry and launched Addison Weeks in 2012. Despite their differing artistic views and influences, Lee and Kat push each other to design pieces that blend their tastes. The resulting collection is classic yet subtle, with each piece unique.
