We started Cesta with the common goal of creating beautiful products while making a difference. Thoughtful detail is at the heart of every element of the brand. After years of working in all aspects of the fashion industry, we've learned a few things. Cesta is a mission-based brand focused on meaningful supply chain integrity. Our baskets are handwoven by female artisans in Rwanda, Africa using locally sourced renewable resources. Each piece is hand-finished in Italy from carefully selected sustainable materials. Our hope is to create economies in developing countries and promote women's empowerment through happy, ethical accessories.
