Lily Charmed started out as a family business and has always been. Founder Lucy Lee works with husband Jonathan, sister Jessica Pearce and cousins Becky, Poppy and Emma. Lily Charmed is an ideal workplace where everyone is valued and it has a fun family vibe - a place you want to go to work every day!
We use the theory that if something doesn't sell, we'll stop selling it and move on to the other route. This keeps our glamour designs fresh and relevant. We also use Facebook and Instagram to get advice and ideas from our clients - it really helps inspire! <br />We also have strong ethical standards that we should uphold. All our charms are made from recycled silver and cast in Bali by a cooperative, with each worker receiving a share of the profits. Lucy visits our makers regularly to stay in touch with every aspect of the jewelry making process to maintain quality and peace of mind.
