Zulily was founded in 2009 by former CEOs Mark Vadon and Darrell Cavens of Blue Nile, an online diamond sales platform. Headquartered in Seattle, Zulily's valuation has now surpassed that of many publicly traded tech companies in the Seattle area, such as RealNetworks InfoSpace and Blue Nile.
