Tofu Moritaya is located in Shiiba Village, Miyazaki Prefecture, Kyushu, which is known as one of the three secret places in Japan. It is a factory for manufacturing tofu and soy milk. It has clear air, green environment and springs. The spring is a famous water gushing from the central mountains of Kyushu. Not only the water quality is good, but the characteristics of both soft and hard water are rare in Japan. The soymilk and tofu produced in a natural environment have the quality that Tofu Moritaya is proud of. The products are all natural and additive-free, and even the packaging is made of recycled paper.
