JOHN ELLIOTT launched his eponymous label in 2012. The California native from San Francisco had been planning to start her own label. Combining personal inspiration with the rise of independent brands in his hometown's skate culture, JOHN was inspired from a young age to create designs that resonate globally. ELLIOTT puts itself on the ground floor of production every day, fully immersing itself in the design process from start to finish, including traveling the world to source and develop fabrics. The goal is to produce garments of the highest quality, with materials that stand the test of time.
JOHN is the recipient of GQ's Best New Designer of the Year award and debuted his Fall/Winter 2015 runway collection in New York. Since then, he has performed eight times at New York Fashion Week. ELLIOTT was named one of WWD's Top 10 Tomorrow and was nominated Menswear Designer of the Year at the CFDA Fashion Awards. He has worked with companies such as Nike, GAP and the City of Los Angeles.
