JOHN ELLIOTT founded his namesake label in 2012. The California native from San Francisco had been planning to start his own brand. Combining personal inspiration with the rise of independent brands in his hometown skate culture, JOHN was inspired from an early age to create designs that resonate globally.
ELLIOTT places itself on the ground floor of production every day, fully immersed in the design process from start to finish, including traveling the world to find and develop fabrics. The goal is to produce garments of the highest quality with materials that stand the test of time.
JOHN is the recipient of GQ's New Designer of the Year Award and debuted his Fall/Winter 2015 collection in New York. Since then, he has performed at New York Fashion Week eight times. ELLIOTT was named one of the Top 10 of Tomorrow by WWD and was named Menswear Designer of the Year at the CFDA Fashion Awards. He has worked with companies such as Nike, GAP and the City of Los Angeles.
