Founded in 2018, Fly By Jing was inspired by my hometown Chengdu and its famous fly restaurants - soulful little eateries that attract diners like flies. Fly By Jing does not conform to anyone's values, tastes and conventional wisdom. This is one man's recipe, one man's vision, one man's story.
