John James is the founder and lead trainer of Strong and Sexy Fit eBooks and products. He has devoted his life to developing the best methods for achieving results on a woman's fitness journey. He is passionate about helping women because he grew up surrounded by them and has always understood their desire to feel confident in their own skin. Drawing on his passion for fitness, he started training women one-on-one, which further developed into an online platform called Strong + Sexy Fit.
