Soludos is a footwear company founded in 2010 by British native Nick Brown. The brand's espadrilles were inspired by traditional Spanish shoes, which Brown found he was missing when he arrived in New York City from the coast of Spain. He initially sold shoes online from his apartment and partnered with Laura Hoffmann, Opening Ceremony and Jason Polan to promote the brand. These espadrilles are purchased by retailers such as Ron Herman, Steven Alan, Nordstrom, and Bloomingdale's. They are also sold in pop-up shops during the summer months.
