305 Deco Living & Co, LLC is a Miami, Florida-based company founded in 2016 by Cuban-American lead designer Maria Alemán. While renovating her townhouse, and later a home she built along the coast, she shared her unique home decor finds on social media, showing a wide audience how to renovate an existing home by simply adding new accessories without breaking the bank. A new approach to the room, and thus 305 Deco Living was born a bilingual residential interior design boutique known for creating mixes of styles, colors and elements that bring nature into the home.
